I am desired by the Vice Admiral Commander-in-Chief to forward Duplicate of my remarks on Your Excellency's letter dated 25th March last, enclosing letter and tracing from the Surveyor General, with regard to the proposed change of site of the Naval Yard from Victoria to Kowloon.
I am at the same time to inform you that the Vice Admiral Hamilton desires me to fully concur with these remarks, and would wish to be informed what His Excellency The Hon. W. H. Marsh, C.M.G.
